Android RSC+ Account is LOCKED
Troubleshooting Locked Android RSC+ Account
If you have an account that is displaying the message "account is locked for XXX seconds," you must perform the following steps to unlock it:
- In the customer's phone, go to SETTINGS, then APPS, then finally the RSC+ App.
- Select STORAGE, then CLEAR DATA. This will remove the RSC+ App from their device.
- When you log on to RSC+, you will only see the DEMO panel.
- Create a new account and SCAN the UID.
- Connect by entering your user code.
- Everything should function normally.
- If they are still unable to get in, try resetting their password.
- This should take care of the problem.
