WARRANTY BY BRANDS

 

The Warranty Policy is part of our main terms and should be therefore read alongside our Terms and Conditions

 

 

AIPHONE

Aiphone provides a warranty period of three years. The warranty period varies for each product category. The actual day of purchase as shown on the Authorized Seller's or Distributor's invoice/receipt sent to you serves as the start date for the term in all circumstances. If you don't have the receipt, the warranty will be based on the product's lot code.

BOSCH

 

• Video Products

BOSCH provides a warranty period for up to 5 years for their video products, except for the moving parts (such as belt, motor & slip ring) where the warranty is 3 years. 
From November 2021 onwards, Bosch has increased the standard warranty period on all of the fixed optical cameras and the fixed parts of their moving cameras
from three to five years. However this warranty period is only eligible for products purchased after November 2021; So all products purchased before November 2021 have a 3-year warranty, but customers can apply for a warranty extension.
Thermal cameras, accessories, and recording devices have a warranty period of three years. 
The warranty period starts from the invoice date. 

 

• Intrusion Products

BOSCH provides a 3-year warranty from the date of handover (invoice date) except for motion detectors batteries, and (touchscreen) keypads
-. For motion detectors, the warranty period is five year
-. For Batteries, the warranty period is one year
-. For touchscreen keypads, the warranty period is two year

 

• Access Control products

For access control products, BOSCH provides a 3-year warranty from the date of handover (invoice date), except for batteries, where the warranty period is one year.

 

• Fire Products 

For fire alarm systems, BOSCH provides a 3-year warranty from the date of handover (invoice date), except for batteries, where the warranty period is one year.

 

• Communication products

BOSCH provides a 3-year warranty from the date of handover (invoice date)except for
battery packs, headphones & ID cards, Screen protectors, ear pads for headphones and transport bags.
- For battery packs, headphones and ID cards, batteries the warranty period is 1 year.
- For Screen protectors, ear pads for headphones and transport bags no warranty is provided.
- For LCD panels up to 6 bright dots and 6 dark dots per panel are considered acceptable minor defects.

 

• Accessories

BOSCH provides a 2-year warranty from the date of handover (invoice date)

 

 

DAHUA 

• Dahua CCTV Comes with 3 years of manufacturer warranty
• Dahua INTERCOM comes with 2 years of manufacturer warranty
• Dahua switch comes with 2 years of manufacturer warranty
• Dahua monitor comes with a 1-year of manufacturer warranty

 

Dahua is extending the warranty of some product lines to five years. This new 5-year warranty policy is free for all customers and does not require any extra payment.

However, this 5-year warranty varies by county and region and does not include consumable products such as batteries, cooler, etc. 

 

 

ELFOX 

ELFOX products are covered by a 3-year warranty period by the manufacturer

 

 

ELSEMA

Elsema products (Gate and Door Technology & Wireless Control) are covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty.

 

 

Hikvision 

Most Hikvision Products come with a 3-year warranty. But from January 1st, 2020 onwards, these products have a total of 5-year warranty

LOX products are covered by a 5-year manufacturer warranty 

 

 

ROSSLARE

TAKEX

TAKEX products are covered with up to a 5-year warranty. Note that not all products are covered by a 5-year warranty period. Some are covered by a two-year warranty period. The range is between 2-5 years.

 

 

UNIVIEW

Uniview provides a 2-year warranty period for LCD and LED products, and a 1-year warranty period for Smart Interactive Display and Monitor products. A product's warranty period officially starts on the day Uniview ships the item.
Uniview cameras and recording devices, such as NVR and DVR, are covered by a 3-year warranty period

Each brand has its own terms for the consumers' products to be covered under a warranty. For the manufacturer to uphold the guarantee, the Buyer must satisfy certain conditions.
