The Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our main terms and should be therefore read alongside our Terms and Conditions
please carefully review our shopping and delivery policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you placed with us.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (please keep this email as proof of your purchase).
Orders placed before 02:00 PM will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within the next business day.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
we operate on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.
In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email/phone call from our Customer Service team.

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers. Our staff continues to ship orders daily; however, the effect of COVID-19 and supply chain issues have caused extreme shipping delays worldwide. what are my shipping and delivery options?
1. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders under $200 will be charged a shipping fee of $15.
Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
We deliver our products using Australia Post.
For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

2. Free shipping
we offer free standard shipping on orders over $200 for all products.
3. Local delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $1000 within Sydney Area. For orders under $1000, we charge $15 for local delivery. Local Deliveries are made from 08:00 AM - 05.00 PM on Monday - Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
4. In-store pickup
In-store and curbside pickup is available for all purchases.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 1 Church Avenue, Mascot,2020. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Pickups are available Monday-Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. An email confirmation will be sent to you when the item is ready for pick up. call us on your arrival

5. Do you deliver internationally?
We do not offer international shipping. Currently, we only ship to New Zealand and Australia.
6. Shipping to P.O. boxes
We are sorry, but we do not ship orders to P.O Boxes in Australia and New Zealand because:
○ We like to ship directly to you, so we can be sure where the package ends up.
○ We prefer to hand you the package so it does not get crushed or damaged in a box.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. Subject to stock availability
We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
2. Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so we can conduct an investigation.
3. Change Of Delivery Address
For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.
4. Damages
Alarm Expert is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
6. Duties & Taxes
A. Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the Website
B. Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. Alarm Expert encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Alarm Expert at the customer's expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
