The Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our main terms and should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions.

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (please keep this email as proof of your purchase).

- Orders placed before 02:00 PM will be dispatched the same day; otherwise, they will be dispatched on the next business day.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- We operate Monday - Friday from 10:00 AM - 08:00 PM, and Saturday from 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM.
- Orders received on Saturday will be processed on Monday, except on national holidays when our warehouse is closed.
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will contact you via email or phone.
- Some orders may require additional verification before shipment. Please respond promptly to any communication from our Customer Service team.
