Troubleshooting Tips for a Locked Android RSC+ Account

If you have an account that is displaying the message "account is locked for XXX seconds" you must perform the following steps to unlock it.:

  • In the customer's phone, go to SETTINGS, then APPS, then finally the RSC+ App.
  • Select STORAGE, then CLEAR DATA. This will remove the RSC+ App from their device.
  • When you log on to RSC+, you will only see the DEMO panel.
  • Create a new account and SCAN the UID.
  • enter user code and connect.
  • Everything should function normally.
  • If they are still unable to get in, try resetting their password.
  • This should take care of the problem.
