Troubleshooting Tips for a Locked Android RSC+ Account

If you have an account that is displaying the message "account is locked for XXX seconds" you must perform the following steps to unlock it.:

In the customer's phone, go to SETTINGS, then APPS, then finally the RSC+ App.
Select STORAGE, then CLEAR DATA. This will remove the RSC+ App from their device.
When you log on to RSC+, you will only see the DEMO panel.
Create a new account and SCAN the UID.
enter user code and connect.
Everything should function normally.
If they are still unable to get in, try resetting their password.
This should take care of the problem.
