Solution 2000/3000 - How to Turn OFF Siren/Strobe Indication for STAY Alarm

Disabling Siren and Strobe for STAY Alarm Mode

By default, when the alarm is triggered in STAY Arming mode, the Siren and Strobe will go off. Some installers may want to turn this feature off. Please follow the instructions below:

On IUI-SOL-ICON codepad:

Enter programming mode;
Type in [4][9][8] followed by [AWAY] or [#];
Type in [1] followed by [STAY] or [*];
Type in [9][6][0] followed by [AWAY] or [#] to exist from programming mode.

On IUI-SOL-TEXT / IUI-SOL-TS5 / IUI-SOL-TS7 codepad:

Enter programming mode;
Type in [3][6][6];
Follow the screen prompt to set this function OFF;
Press the [–] button till it asks you to “Confirm to Save Parameter Changes?” press [#] for YES.

This guide is for Bosch Solution 2000 and Bosch Solution 3000
