Overview: 

Rosslare’s MD-D02B is a plug-in expansion module for Rosslare’s AC-225x-B access control panels that provides a 2-reader interface, four supervised inputs with end-of-line (EOL) resistor protection, and four relay outputs (5 Amp Form-C N.O./N.C.) to the panel. Installation of the module takes under one minute with the tailored expansion port in the panels and auto-recognised by the
panel. Once it is installed and the panel is powered on, the AxTraxNG server recognises the expansion, and the MD-D02B can be programmed for access control and automation. Advanced communication with the controller allows for firmware updates and real-time event logging, with support for full offline operation by the host panel.

Rosslare’s MD-D02B 2-Reader expansion board is designed with a focus on high quality and reliability and is ideal for residential and
commercial applications. Easy to install and operate, the MD-D02B expansion board features supervised communications with the controller. The expansion board adds two additional readers or keypad inputs, four relay inputs, and four supervised inputs to the access control panel. As a result, an access control panel with the MD-D02B expansion board can support a total of four readers and four doors. In addition, it is possible to add any keypad or biometric reader that supports Wiegand, Clock-and-Data or any other format supported by Rosslare's AxTraxNG software transmission formats. The host access controller has complete control over the additional readers, inputs, and outputs of the MD-D02B expansion board.
