In this time of uncertainty with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) we want to ensure that the health and safety of our customers and staff is of the highest priority. We have therefore implemented some changes to our trading to alleviate the risk of the virus spreading, however we anticipate operating as best as we can given the circumstances to fulfill and despatch orders as quickly as possible.
We are experiencing slight delays in order processing. Estimated processing times (not including payment processing) are now:
- In-stock at Alarm Expert: 2-3 business days
- In-stock at Warehouse: 3-6 business days

AusPost are currently experiencing delays due to increased demand and also temporary facility closures. Your order will therefore take longer to scan into the Sydney Distribution Centres, or in some instances, may be shipped directly to a Distribution Centre closest to you. At times there will be no scanning until it reaches the closest Distribution Centre to you.
Please note that all orders despatched before 5pm are handed to Australia Post and are not held in our warehouse. If despatch occurs after 5pm, Australia Post will pick up next business day.
